Adam W. Dietrich grew up in Alvin, Texas and attended Sam Houston State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2000. After graduating from Sam Houston State, Adam worked in the legal field for a number of years before attending law school in Michigan. After returning from Michigan in 2008, Adam began practicing family law in Montgomery County, Texas and surrounding counties. Adam joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2017, and earned partnership in less than one year, a distinction rarely seen in prestigious law firms such as Jenkins & Kamin. As a Partner, he brings with him years of experience in all aspects of family law, and a practice still dedicated primarily to Montgomery County, Texas and surrounding counties.

Adam is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, having earned that distinction in 2016. He also has been honored as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in Texas Monthly Magazine for 2018, and as one of Houston’s Top Attorneys in Houstonia Magazine for 2016.

Adam serves on the State Bar of Texas – Family Law Section Council, where he dedicates his time to the continued education of his fellow colleagues. He has been selected as a Course Director for several Continuing Legal Education seminars, serves on a number of committees in the Family Law Section, and has presented at the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists Trial Institute. He is also a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, Texas Bar College, the Texas Family Law Foundation, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association – Family Law Section, where he is the Vice President.

Adam is also committed to and is active in his community. He has previously served as President of the Montgomery County Emergency Services District No. 11, Vice President of the Splendora Youth Baseball Association, and has coached little league baseball and football for several years. Adam is on the Board of Trustees for Splendora Independent School District, where he serves to protect and improve his local school district and its students. Adam has been married for over 12 years to his wife, Kristy, and they have two children.
