Jackie Bertrand received her undergraduate degree from Texas A & M University in English and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center, where she graduated cum laude. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2008 and joined Jenkins & Kamin in December 2008.
While in law school, Jackie was a Notes & Comments Editor on the Houston Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barons. She also interned for the Honorable Tim Taft in Houston’s First Court of Appeals and later clerked in the litigation section of a midsize firm in Houston.
When not working, Jackie enjoys reading and spending time with her family, her husband Jeff, her beautiful daughter Aubrey and their dogs Maverick, Mackenzie and Marley.
