Commitment to Family Law. The Jenkins & Kamin, L.L.P. partners and associates routinely volunteer with local, state, and national organizations devoted to improving the practice of family law and the education of family law attorneys. Three of the firm partners, Jo Jenkins, Lynn Kamin, and Sherri Evans, have tirelessly served on the Legislative Committee of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas to promote positive family law legislation. Jo Jenkins has served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Family Law Foundation. Jo Jenkins and Lynn Kamin have both served as President of the Houston Bar Association Family Law Section and Lynn Kamin is the former Chair of the Houston Bar Foundation. Lynn has also served as President of the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law Inns of Court. Sherri Evans has served as the Chair of the Pro Bono Committee for the Family Law Section and President of the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists.
